I'm a Master’s in Business Analytics student with a B.S. in Computer Science and minors in Mathematics and Entrepreneurship from Wake Forest University. I’m passionate about using data, technology, and creative problem-solving to build tools that make a real impact. My interests include data science, analytics, machine learning, and software development. I enjoy working on projects that combine technical depth with business context and clear communication. I'm always looking for opportunities to learn new skills, explore interesting problems, and create practical, well-designed solutions.
Meta‑Learning for Coreset Selection is a semester-long machine learning research project conducted in a team of two. In this project, my teammate and I evaluated various coreset selection techniques across 76 diverse datasets to develop a meta‑model that predicts the optimal method for data reduction. It involved extensive problem solving, designing a pipeline to test techniques, systematically collecting metadata, and building the meta‑model, that sharpened my skills in scikit‑learn, data preprocessing, and model evaluation, and remains one of my proudest collaborative achievements.
WakeUp is an Android app designed to help users reduce screen time on addictive social media platforms. Although the project was never fully completed due to class limitations, it was a collaborative effort with a team of five. Through this project, I gained valuable experience in defining user stories, managing tasks using Jira and SDLC methodologies, and contributing to both a Java-based backend and an XML-driven frontend. This hands-on project enhanced my teamwork skills and deepened my technical understanding of mobile app development.
Developing my personal portfolio enhanced my skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while teaching me how to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces. I also improved my workflow with Git and my practices in clean coding and debugging. This project stands as a practical showcase of my technical growth and creative problem-solving.
